All Aboard The Happiness Express
Happy Independence Month!
This August, we invite you on a journey through Jamaica’s pastโnot only through vintage fashion, but through one of the island’s most remarkable historic locations.
To mark Independence, The Vintage Society JA travelled to the iconic Jamaica Railway Station, a place that tells the story of a bygone era. Once alive with the rhythm of arriving and departing trains, today it stands as a beautiful reminder of Jamaica’s rich history and architectural heritage.

Against this timeless backdrop, we created an editorial inspired by the elegance of vintage fashion and the enduring beauty of our island. Rather than recreating history, our aim was to celebrate itโbringing classic style into a space that has witnessed generations of Jamaicans pass through its doors.
This month’s feature unveils the photographs from that special day. You’ll see how fashion, heritage, and storytelling come together to remind us that some places never lose their magic.
As we celebrate Jamaica’s Independence, we hope these images encourage you to look at our historic landmarks with fresh eyes and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.

Miss Queen Supreme
Style & Design by Lady E
Congratulations to Renรฉ Curtis on being crowned Miss Queen Supreme 2026!

We were honoured to style Renรฉ for the pageant’s opening presentation in this bespoke Jamaica-inspired design, created to celebrate our nation’s colours, heritage, and elegance during the Andwar Pageant Finale.
Worn with confidence and grace, the design made a striking first impression before Renรฉ went on to capture the title. Her poise, dedication, and stage presence made her a deserving winner, and we’re incredibly proud to have been part of her journey.
Congratulations once again, Renรฉ. We wish you a successful and memorable reign as Miss Queen Supreme 2026.
Looking Ahead
Our next chapter takes us outdoors as we prepare for Vintage Picnic in the Park on 30th August. We look forward to sharing another unforgettable experience filled with timeless fashion, music, classic cars, lawn games, and the wonderful company of fellow vintage enthusiasts.
Thank you for being part of this growing community and for helping us celebrate Jamaica’s history in style.
With love,
Lady E
